Seacrest House #1
Puttied and caulked all cracks, joints, windows and doors. Painted the entire exterior of the house with two coats of Juniper Ash (semi-gloss). Trimmed with two coats of Cream (semi-gloss).
Seacrest House #2
Fixed all broken & cracked steps on the staircase to the beach (150+). Covered all sides and undercarriage with Grey stain sealer (2 coats). Covered decks (2) with Deck Over (Tugboat color) a hard shell paint product (2 coats) that covers and fills all cracks, holes, and weathered areas and gives a weather resistant, non-skid covering. Guaranteed for 8-12 years. Sanded & painted vintage doors and patio furniture . Also painted a beach landscape mural on patio wall.
Rosemary Beach
Refinished 9-8' exterior doors. Stripped, sanded, filled, and the applied two coats of poly-stain (American Chestnut). Fixed and filled broken tiles, moldings, grout areas.
Touched-up and re-painted special finished walls and ceilings.
Santa Rosa Beach
Built and painted exterior shower enclosure.
Bay Point
Currently painting the interior of a home that had been flooded. Building a second fireplace (structure and stone).
